  The food here is amazing and the service here was very friendly, my favorite is the classic eggs Benedict, over all it is a very good, fun, and friendly, but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because the service was a little slow, but other than that is is a great place to come.

  I've ordered to-go twice. Once I waited, and today via DoorDash. In both instances they forgot something significant.
  
  The first time, while I waited, they forgot to include the bacon for both meals.  Took them 15 minutes to get me bacon, so everything was cold by the time I got home, after asking them to reheat it or remake the eggs got me funny looks.
  
  Today I ordered a biscuit and gravy and they forgot the gravy. The DoorDash delivery driver volunteered to go back for it, but we couldn't get anybody to answer the phone at the restaurant. Honestly, it's biscuits and gravy and they forgot HALF of it.
  
  Clearly, proper preparation, any sort of quality check, and customer service are too confusing for this joint to handle. Best to avoid this place, they do breakfast and can't, you know, actually DO br
  
  Update:
  Ordered again on June 29th at the insistence of their customer service staff. Ordered the exact same thing, and if you look at the pic you'll see everything was piled in boxes. My sons pancakes were in pieces. My wife's eggs were over medium and arrived busted.  
  
  Never again.

  I love IHOP as much as the next person, if not more. I visit almost every month or so. Probably would visit more if they had bigger coffee cups, for coffee lovers they should offer some giant mugs. Who wants to keep refilling their baby tiny cup every 3 sips
  What prompted this review, were the gross pancakes that I orders to go. I love the tres leche pancakes because they are delicious, on this day I didn't feel like going getting out and decided to get a to go order, which was a BIG mistake! I couldn't enjoy my pancakes at all, I was so upset I wanted to cry! I really freaking wanted some tres leche pancakes and do you know what I got instead? Is regular pancakes with a spoon of syrup they use for the pancakes. There wasn't anything special on them, like you would get in the restaurant. I basically paid 10$ for 4 plain pancakes!
  Please improve the to go order system if you would like a higher review. Because right now it sucks balls!

  This morning I called at 6:30AM and placed a to go order for 10 people. The order was admittedly very annoying - lots of modifications and details, and everyone in my group asked for a to go drink. Lorrie D. Answered the phone & she was so pleasant throughout the entire conversation, and was so meticulous with my order and making sure everything was correct. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was completely packed and ready to go, and she even helped me carry everything out to my car. When I got to my meeting and unpacked everything, I saw she labeled every single item with the person's name I gave her, down to the toppings for each order of pancakes.
  
  The entire order was 100% correct, despite my last minute, complex call in order first thing in the morning. And it was delicious!

  We came in at 9:45 pm on Sunday night, only one waitress on shift and this place was full. Took 45 min to get two breakfast orders as there was only one cook on shift we were told. The food was delicious... but the wait time ridiculous. Poor little girl serving was slammed.
